Banh Mi

Lightly toasted baguette with pate, mayonnaise, marinated carrots and daikon radishes, jalapeño, cilantro, and cucumber. 


Pho is served with rice noodles, your choice of meats, green onions, white onions, and cilantro in the broth.  A plate of fresh bean sprouts, Thai Basil, Jalapeño and lime is served on the side to add to the soup.  Hoisin (sweet), Sriracha (spicy), and ground chili paste you’ll find on the tables are commonly added to the Pho.
